What is happening when you try to submit a request. Once we test the help center and submission of a request everything works correctly. You should know that you need to enter Theme profile (Mikado), Theme (Dunker) and your purchase code along with the topic and questions. That way the theme will after submission show in your supported items.

Also, if you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.
