The theme will work perfectly fine with the latest WP version as well and the compatibility will be added to the change log once the theme update is released.

Hi there, you can check our theme documentation here as well as you always have an option to import the demo content which will give you access to all the pages and its settings that you can see on our demo. You do not need to build it from scratch rather you will be able to customize the already built template which you imported.
