You can also add self hosted videos in portfolio single page as shown in screenshot https://prnt.sc/Fj_qkxneQmmF. And this is how self hosted videos would be displayed in front-end https://prnt.sc/VKnjgvPqH38B. Unfortunately, there is no option to add self-hosted video as a featured video in portfolio list.
