I need to update the plugins included with the theme, they are not updating automatically. I tried to submit a support request to resolve the issue, but during the submission process, I discovered that support is not available beyond 6 months from the purchase. As a result, I am now unsure how to resolve the problem.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear this, but the theme works correctly on our side and if you are getting the font error please try to navigate to Onea Core Options > General and simply save your options, that way the fonts will be generated and the error will be gone. This will of course be resolved in the next theme update but it is simply necessary to save the theme options for now. We hope this helped and you will for sure be notified once theme update is released. Thank you for your patience.

Careful this theme is broken and hasn’t been updated in over 1 year. So it contains outdated files, outdated WooCommerce files and is 100% broken. The google fonts in the functions.php give you a “FATAL ERROR” This is incredibly annoying and frustrating
