hi, I have few stockholm licences for my websites, bought severel years ago. In one project, i try do create a new site with elementor (instead of bakery page builder). It works easy with creating, but there is a bug at the end – the design is only displayed correctly when I reload the browser. How do I get a support-Ticket for this issue? Do I have to buy a new licence?

If you are unable to access your Envato account, it’s best to contact their support team to help you log in and recover your account. Unfortunately, since the theme is sold exclusively on Envato, updates or recovery of the purchase code can only be done through Envato.

I’ve lost my purchase records on my Envato acount, is there other way to update my Stockholm if there’s no purchase code?

I recently purchased the Stockholm theme on the ThemeForest website, but I am unable to locate my previously activated temporary website, as the binding cannot be removed. As a result, I am currently unable to use my purchased

Hi there, The theme is tested and it works well on PHP 8.1, the latest version of the theme is 9.6.1 and please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version. My Stockholm theme I bought 9 month ago (it’s out of the support now) doesn’t work with PHP 8.1/8.2. I was told this issue should be fixed soon but nothing happened till then. There are 500 errors and the site is broken… could somebody tell me when this issue will be solved?
