Hi, thanks for writing in.
The theme uses WooCommerce plugin for adding products and for displaying shop lists. To just showcase products you can use a combination of image and text shotrcodes or perhaps use a portfolio list. You can check on our demo site how portfolio single pages are displayed (for example here) . However, without WooCommerce plugin you will not be able to add products to the cart and proceed to the checkout page as these are functionalities added by WooCommerce plugin.
